SYARAT

1. Wajib menjaminkan 3 dokumen asli (bukan fotocopy) berikut:
   E-KTP | BPJS | NPWP | STNK | PASPOR | KTM | KK | SIM A | KARPEG | DLL
   (Data yang Anda berikan kami jamin kerahasiannya 100%)
   *3 of these documents are needed: Personal ID, BPJS, NPWP, STNK, Passport, Student Card, Driving License, or other documents.
   (Your personal data and documents will not be published)
2. Mengisi E-formulir pemesanan motor by chat WhatsApp (WA)
   *Filling out e-form via Whatsapp chat.
3. Prosedur booking: mengirim foto E-KTP dan foto selfie bersama E-KTP serta mentransfer uang muka (DP) minimal sebesar Rp 50.000 yang nanti akan diakumulasikan dengan total yang harus dibayar
   *Booking Procedures: Sending your Personal ID picture, sending your selfie picture holding your personal ID, transferring Rp 50,000 as down payment.
4. Harga untuk wisatawan luar negeri, Rp 150.000/hari
   *Price for foreign tourists Rp 150.000/day

KETENTUAN

1. Tidak DP = Tidak booking.
   *No Down Payment fee = No booking.
2. Biaya sewa dihitung harian 24 jam.
   *Rental Cost/day or 24 hours
3. Weekend dan hari libur sewa minimal 2 hari, jika sewa hanya 1 hari maka akan dikenakan biaya tambahan sebesar Rp 20.000.
   *Minimum rental period on weekends/holiday seasons is 2 days (Rp 20,000 additional charge)
4. Penambahan waktu pemakaian akan dikenakan biaya Rp 20.000 perjamnya.
   *Additional time cost = Rp 20,000/hour
5. Biaya delivery merupakan 1x pengiriman per unit kendaraan.
   *Delivery cost is per unit
6. Layanan delivery di jam 09.00–17.00. Jika di luar jam itu, kena biaya tambahan Rp 20.000 per jam.
   *Delivery time is only at 09.00–17.00. Additional cost for rescheduling delivery time is Rp 20,000/hour
7. Pembatalan pemesanan maka DP akan hangus.
   *The down payment fee is not refundable.
8. Pelunasan uang sewa ketika serah terima kunci motor. Pembayaran dilakukan setiap sebulan sekali sesuai tanggal jatuh tempo.
   *The full payment must be paid by the time of the handover day. Monthly payments are made on the same date each month.
9. Penyewaan include 2 helm, 2 jas hujan, dan kunci gembok motor.
   *2 helmets, 2 raincoats, and a safety padlock are provided by the owner.
10. Pengurangan waktu pemakaian tetap dikenakan biaya penuh sesuai pemesanan awal.
    *Any reductions of rental period are subject to full payment.
11. Biaya service motor karena komponen habis pakai (oli, ban, aki, tune up) ditanggung oleh Pemilik.
    *The motorbike owner is responsible for all costs of repairing/replacing fast moving components, such as: oil changes, batteries, tire changes and/or periodic tune ups.
12. Biaya service karena kecelakaan ditanggung oleh penyewa.
    *Renter shall also pay other charges caused by any accidents.
13. Motor harus dikembalikan dalam kondisi baik & bahan bakar sama seperti awal.
    *Renter shall return Vehicle on the date specified in Section 1 in the same condition as Renter received it.
14. Jika ingin memperpanjang masa sewa, penyewa wajib konfirmasi ke pemilik.
    *Renter must inform the owner for any extensions.
15. Jika tidak dikembalikan tanpa konfirmasi, akan dikenakan sanksi hukum.
    *If vehicle is not returned or changed without confirmation, owner may take legal action.
16. Dilarang mengganti suku cadang tanpa izin.
    *No replacement of parts without owner's approval.
17. Dilarang menggunakan motor untuk tindakan kriminal atau melanggar hukum.
    *The renter is not allowed to use the vehicle in committing any unlawful act.
18. Pemilik dibebaskan dari tuntutan hukum atas tindakan penyewa.
    *The owner is not responsible for any consequences of unlawful acts taken by the renter.
19. Pemilik berhak membatalkan sewa jika penyewa tidak kooperatif atau membahayakan.
    *The owner has the right to cancel if the renter is uncooperative or dangerous.
20. Pemilik berhak menolak permohonan sewa tanpa memberi alasan.
    *The owner has the right to disapprove of the rental application without explaining the reasons.
